Looking to expand their portfolio to include more west coast properties, the Denver, CO based real estate investment advising company opened a new office in Santa Monica. BOTO was asked to create an interior design that was on-brand with their other offices, while keeping in step with a more laid back southern California vibe. Timeless, neutral finishes were utilized throughout, with pops of calming blue, referencing the office’s proximity to the ocean, as well as the client’s corporate colors. New spaces include a large boardroom, new kitchen, open lounge areas and smaller casual meeting spaces. Furniture with wood and natural materials were selected to provide a layer of warmth and texture to the existing polished concrete floors and white lofty ceilings.
