Having outgrown their current space, a long-time client called on BOTO Design to assist in expanding their office to accommodate their ever-growing workforce. Located in an original 1950’s bow truss building, the addition of new offices, work areas, boardroom, bathrooms and communal areas was key to the design. A new large kitchen and break area sit at the heart of the space, designed for larger groups and communal gatherings. A new central lounge area with alternate workspaces was designed to be flexible. Interior finishes and materials were kept simple. New workstations and furniture selections bring added warmth and pops of color to the interiors.
