BOTO Design was enlisted by a production company to design, furnish, and build out a new office for their growing staff.
Taking over a space on Sunset Blvd. that formerly housed a music company, the new plan incorporates private executive offices, assistant bullpens, conference rooms, and an in-house editorial suite. Anchoring the office is a central Living Room area, that is utilized for weekly meetings & casual work/break-out space.
Tasked with creating a space that had a more “homey” feel than a standard corporate environment, BOTO furnished the interiors with a mixture of vintage, custom, and refurbished pieces. Providing ample & varying display areas to showcase the owner’s very eclectic art collection was also an essential component.
Unique to the site, was a single-story garage that existed to the rear of the parking lot, thought to be the original carriage house to the residential structure behind it. The space was completely re-imagined and converted into a recreation cabana - complete with lounge, arcade, and overflow meeting area.
