BOTO Design was asked to convert a single-story warehouse building for a production company’s new offices and editorial suites. Wanting to stay true to the industrial character of the building, the expansive wood roof structure was left exposed, and the existing concrete floors were polished. Wood accents on the doors and windows and large expanses of glass keep the space from feeling closed in. The neutrally painted board and batten walls help maintain an intimate feel and keep the interiors classically timeless. Lighting was added to highlight the roof structure and add a sense of drama to the space.
