Complete renovation of an old Hollywood Recording Studio complex for Capitol Record labels. Housed in a nondescript building to provide privacy for artists away from the Capitol “Tower.” Both vintage and modern recording consoles and equipment are available. Lounge areas & kitchen are provided to allow artists to relax between recording sets.
