The Case Study 2.0 is a project that Crest Real Estate started to help the victims affected by the Palisades fires. BOTO Design architects along with 49 other architects, each designed a model home to be a part of a catalog for victims to choose from, that will ultimately be approved as standard plans to allow easy adoption across thousands of parcels.
As a California native firm, BOTO is deeply connected to the local community, and our principal, Bret Thoeny was personally affected by the devastating fires in the Palisades, further solidifying our commitment to resilient and thoughtful design in our home state.
This design redefines modern living with its blend of traditional form and clean, contemporary design. The façade allows for sleek lines through the absence of eaves, creating a sharp, sophisticated aesthetic. Most importantly, this home is thoughtfully constructed with advances fire-resistive wood materials, providing an enhanced layer of security and peace of mind for its future occupants.
This home offers 4 bedrooms and 5 and a half baths and convenience and luxury are paramount. Beyond the bedrooms, a dedicated office/den provides an ideal space for productivity or quiet contemplation. Other amenities include a wine room, a gym / kids room, and pool.
